Our Programmes
Three ways to explore your relationship with money
Each programme is framed as general education and self-reflection. You choose the depth and pace that suits your life right now. There is no pressure to rush or commit beyond what feels right.
How We Work
A gentle, habit-led approach
Tenang programmes are built around one idea: that small, consistent habits shape our financial lives far more than dramatic decisions. Each session moves through four steady stages — at a pace that suits you.
Notice
Observe your current patterns without judgement. What do you do with money day to day, almost without thinking?
Reflect
Explore the stories and habits behind those patterns. Guided journaling and small-group prompts create space for honest reflection.
Intend
Set modest, realistic intentions for the weeks ahead. Nothing sweeping — just one or two habits you would like to shape.
Practice
Return to your intentions week by week, adjusting gently as you learn. Steady practice, not perfection, is what builds lasting routines.
What makes this different
Most money education focuses on rules — budgets, ratios, products. Tenang focuses on habits and the thinking behind them. We do not offer investment advice, financial planning, or regulated services of any kind. What we offer is space and structure for your own reflection.
Sessions are kept small and unhurried. Workbooks and habit grids accompany every programme so that learning continues beyond the session room.
Quality we uphold
- All content framed as general education, never as personal financial advice
- Participant privacy respected — what is shared in sessions stays in sessions
- Materials updated regularly to remain relevant for Malaysia
- Small cohort sizes for genuine reflection, not passive listening
- Adult learning principles applied — you are the expert on your own life
Programme 01
Money Habits Reflection Workshop
A half-day, four-hour workshop for those who want an introduction to money habits exploration. The session is entirely self-reflective — you observe your own patterns, journal alongside guided prompts, and leave with a completed habit grid and a workbook to continue on your own.
This is general habit education, not counselling or personal financial planning. No prior knowledge is needed — only a willingness to sit with your own experience for a few hours.
- Guided journaling exercises to surface everyday money patterns
- A printed reflection workbook yours to keep and revisit
- A weekly habit grid to track intentions after the session
- Small group size for a calm, non-pressuring atmosphere
- No homework required — the session is self-contained

- A habit journal and a practical routine planner included
- Weekly prompts sent between sessions to support gentle reflection
